made my roots darkerHi, this was my first time trying eSalon. I was so excited to give this a try and was truly impressed with the way eSalon works. However, I just tried the kit that I was sent and I'm devastated. The color I was sent was too dark. it didn't lighten my roots at all!! In fact my roots are now darker (very dark brown). I can't find any customer support on this website, so i'm not sure how I can contact the specialist. I have an important work trip at the end of the week and I have no idea how I'm going to fix my hair by then. i have blonde highlights, with extremely dark roots now. Medium brown which was Not for my hair unfortunately.My natural hair is dark brown. I got medium brown Made my roots light and my hair very dark, twice. First time I thought maybe i got wrong color, expressed my concerns and got a different formula which lifted my Roos but made my hair now almost black instead of medium brown. It might be just not for my hair type. Very disappointed since I had had high expectations from this product. Gute Anwendung - leider leichten RotstichIch bin insgesamt zufrieden mit der Anwendung. Alles hat super geklappt mit der Lieferung und die Anleitung ist auch top verständlich. Leider hat meine Farbe einen leichten Rotstich, den ich nicht gewollte habe (Ton: warmes Beige). Dieser kam beim Strähnchentest auch noch nicht raus, sondern zeigte sich erst nach dem ersten regulären Waschen. Semi-permanent colorSeems to be a permanent color. Extended follow-up coloring. Never faded out! Gray showing at the root.. Color was also a tad darker than I would have liked.
