Soooooooo much plastic and dry hairThe colour seems OK but it's really dried out my hair even though I only did the ends for the last 5 minutes. I had to use my own shampoo and conditioner after the ones provided to get the knots out! However I was pretty shocked at the amount of plastic in the packaging - everything in sachets, then in plastic tray... one of the reasons I won't buy again. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. You guys truly Nailed it!When it was time for me to color, my friend who had promised to help had an emergency, leaving me to color my hair all alone. I had plenty of angst, believe me, because I didn't want to err anywhere on my scalp or hair. After several deep breaths, I re-read the instructions, set up the mirrors and dived in. Turns out, I was nervous for no reason. Everything went as your instructions said; my hair is now a stunning medium brown with luminous copper and mahogany lights!
