So far so good!I am on my 4th order and so far very happy with the product. My hair feels a little "straw-like" when I first rinse, but the shampoo and conditioner they provide brings it right back to soft and manageable. So Far, So GoodThe color was perfect the first time! My colorist suggested starting with a shade lighter than the one I chose, and I'm glad I took her advice.
