So Far, So GoodThe color was perfect the first time! My colorist suggested starting with a shade lighter than the one I chose, and I'm glad I took her advice. The perfect deep rich red!This color is perfect! I always get compliments on how pretty my color is. It's a very close match to my natural color. No purple or pink undertones. PerfectThis is always perfect love the color they make up for me. The only thing I would ask if they could put a hair cap it seems to make the color better. I LOVE it!After years of using store bought dyes and one costly mess up (purchased a cheaper dye and ended up paying a salon almost $200.00 to repair the problem), I took a chance with eSalon and I will never use a store brand again! I absolutely love being part of the process and I feel like the colorist really listen to the feed back and make the adjustments I want. My first order the color had a bit more red to it than I wanted, I asked for less red and my second (and now third) orders have been the perfect color!
