I'm not happy.I tried this color twice. The first time because I ordered an unflattering color for my skin tone. The second because after talking to one of your employees about this issue I was sent another color kit. Tolle Farbe, super Service!Ich war mir nicht sicher, ob die Coloristin meinen Farbton trifft... Habe auch schon echt lange nicht mehr die Haare gefärbt. Dementsprechend habe ich mir bei der Auswahl sehr viel Zeit genommen um alles richtig zu beantworten und ein super Ergebnis kam raus. Ich werde sogar auf meine tolle Haarfarbe angesprochen, top.
