Not the right colorI ordered here to be safe about the color I was getting by a professional ! I had highlights in my hair so I wanted to go LIGHTER into a caramel color . TerribleI tried to order a color similar to my blonde hair ( I’ve had it blonde for years by choice). I should have known it was going to be an epic disaster when I was not allowed to order blonde. I got a dark ashy brown. I waited and waited to finally use the e-salon product because I was scared it wild come out wrong and of course it did. I went from blonde to brunette which I am very unhappy about. I could have gotten the same results with an over the counter dye. I am Very upset and disappointed, what a waste of money and it makes me look horrible.
