Perfect!This was my first esalon purchase so I was a bit worried about getting the right color for my roots. I can't say enough how absolutely perfect the color I received was!! I ordered medium brown with a hint of red and I have copper highlights. The color I got to color my roots was seamless with my existing color. I mean perfect! I did send a picture with my order so maybe that helped. All I know is I was so very happy with it. The kit is complete with everything I needed. My daughter applied it for me but honestly I could do it myself, it might just take a bit more effort. It's been a month now and the color has not faded or washed off at all. I can't thank esalon enough. I've been spending over a hundred dollars at my salon every month for YEARS. No more! Perfect color!The custom color set was amazing! Easy follow directions, and the color was exactly what I was looking for. Awesome product and serviceI had never colored my own hair before and was skeptical about how it would turn out. Surprisingly, it was an easy process and the results are fantastic! The color was spot on and I will definitely be ordering again between visits to my salon for haircuts. Way better than expected!I got EXACTLY what I needed from this kit. It colored my gray, and allowed me to keep my highlights. Also, my hair was not damaged one bit. Top!!!Completement bluffée!! Un peu d appréhension avant de me lancer mais en suivant les tutos, j ai parfaitement réussi. Une super couverture des cheveux blancs, aucune trace sur la peau grâce à la pommade appliquée préalablement. Une résultat de salon à la maison, en 1h chrono (application, pause, rinçage, shampooing et après shampooing). Un gain de temps et d'argent. Merci le confinement !!
