Not the colour pickedWhen I first signed up To use this I had to pick which colour I would of liked my hair to go and I put purple . Now they have it as dark brown which my hair already is ? Weggeschmiessenes GeldEs wurde ganz andere Farbe für mich erstellt, als ich mir gewünscht habe. Auch allgemein ist die Farbe einfach Schrott. Dank Abbo hab auch mehrere Packungen bekommen, was auch ganze Menge Geld gekostet hat. Zwei mal ausprobiert, voll daneben, auch schlecht deckend! Letzte Packungen sind einfach in Mülleimer gelandet. Professional! Courteous! And great resultsI am so grateful that eSalon acknowledged the shipping delays in several emails. Amidst the current pandemic, I expected the delays but it was still so lovely that they communicated and even gave a credit. They really went above and beyond. And I loved my color. Wish I knew there were clips I could have probably purchased, but I made it work even without them. I might use eSalon most of the time now - especially, in the world we are currently living in. I do love the experience of an actual salon, but I live with greys for a long time because I just can't afford to upkeep regularly.
