Easy to use for a first time userI had a very bad experience with box color years ago. Since then, I only went to salons for my color. I reviewed eSalon for a few months before ordering it. It was great!!! So easy to use. The order process goes into detail about your hair and color needs. The instructions are for your hair, and your hair only.
