Perfect!couldn't be happier! My first Custom color was too light and didn't blend well with my dark ends. My colorist contacted me immediately and, after a quick conversation, promptly sent out an adjusted formula. It was perfect. My hair looks and feels better than any salon visit I've ever had! People don't believe I color my own hairI have consistently received positive comments regarding my hair color. When I tell them I color it myself, they always want to know where I get my color from. Most people think I just haven't started to gray yet! If they only knew! Love it and leaves hair soft and halthyAbsolutely love my hair color. This was my 3rd order and this time color came our perfect. Love that eSalon works with you until it is the right shade for you and personalizes it until the color is what you want. Also love that afterwards it is soft and doesn't feel brittle and nasty like many other colors I've used. I followed up with the new highlights they have! Awesome as well and SOOOO easy to do. Definitely loving the hair and that much cheaper than a salon and not feeling like damaged hair afterwards as with drugstore boxes.
