Perfect color!!!my hair can get orangey or brassy and with the formula I am receiving it remains the perfect color even after being out in the sun. I asked for a little lighter color and the adjustment was again perfect (with the Ash color adjusted as well to keep it from turning reddish/orange). Love love love it!Oh my gosh I'm in love with my new color! I can't believe how perfect you guys got it without you even seeing my hair. My first time and they nailed it!I decided to try eSalon as I travel a lot and can't get with my regular colorist as often as I need to retouch. They did a great job in matching what I wear and I may be able to take on the whole job on my own regardless of where I am. I never expected that! LOVE this product! Couldn't find highlights!Navigating the website is a challenge. I couldn't find the highlights (hidden at the very bottom of the website) so I ordered my color, then found the highlights, which meant I had to pay shipping twice!
