PerfectI have never colored my hair myself before and was imagining an off color. It was a perfect match. I found it hard to apply as demonstrated but I did it though I missed a couple of spots. I will do it little differently next time and see if it's easier for me. Turned out better than I thought!I have never colored my own hair, so this was very stressful for me. I only needed to color my roots, but my hair is pretty thick. I followed the instructions exactly and it turned out great! My hair is so soft and the color is perfect. I will say it didn't cover the gray as well above my forehead, but it blends in with my blonde hair. One thing: I did not get a bottle of Stain Guard in my kit. Better than I expectedI would highly recommend that the final step that tells you to take the left over color, gloves,shampoo, and conditioner into the shower be revised. First, put the gloves on BEFORE getting in and second, the fumes are overwhelming and that step should be removed. I can't imagine people with respiratory issues applying that in the shower. Kundenservice ingorantIch habe seit der Bestellung nur Probleme. Ich hatte bei der Auswahl und Beschreibung um Tönung gebeten. Geschickt wurde dauerhafte Coloration. 3rd time correcting - my hair is greenI really had high Hope's. I started with level 10 and asked to put some color back in. They sent me a filler and dark blonde, once processed my hair had a reddish, greenish tinted. I called, customer service was fantastic btw, but it took a whole 7 days to get "corrective" color.
