HAVE HAD SO MANY COMPLIMENTS ON MY COLOR, VERY NATURAL, BRIGHT & BEAUTIFULThe added personal touch of having my name on each product is such a nice added bonus, makes me feel like I'm not just a number, also assures me that there has not been a mistake in my order (always reassuring). I've had the same color for a couple years, have had to make a couple tweeks with the color as my tastes change, it's never a problem, it's done and done well. 2 year clientI tried this service because I noticed my hair was changing and store color just wasn't cutting it anymore. I can't afford to have a stylist color my long hair. This is perfect! I can do it, the color is great and lasts. It doesn't mess up my hair. I have adjusted the color and ship times at least twice and have never had a problem. I am going to try their shampoos now.
