3rd time correcting - my hair is greenI really had high Hope's. I started with level 10 and asked to put some color back in. They sent me a filler and dark blonde, once processed my hair had a reddish, greenish tinted. I called, customer service was fantastic btw, but it took a whole 7 days to get "corrective" color.
