Je ne m'en passerais plus !Facile à appliquer, les couleurs sont vraiment travaillées et elles présentent des nuances subtiles ! Les kits sont parfaits avec vraiment tout le nécessaire à l'intérieur, coup de coeur pour l'après shampooing qui rend les cheveux tellement douuux une fois secs ! Les réajustements de couleur et les commentaires sont pris en compte de commande en commande pour coller à nos envies, mais quoiqu'il arrive les couleurs sont toujours très belles ! Did not lastI ordered brown to cover my gray roots. I was very happy with the color I got, it was spot on. I loved the fact that it didn't burn my scalp like I've experienced at salons, my hair felt good after washing, I was happy as can be. A week later my grays were showing again. I followed directions. Damaged my ends :(I was very pleased with the packaging itself. Loved that it came with gloves, skin protector, dye remover, and shamp/conditioner. I was also pleased with the fact that it came with two colors. Since this was the very first time ever using this product I was afraid that my roots (mostly grey/dark brown) would not match the rest of my hair color (which was a much lighter shade of brown with LOTS of blonde highlights) - I was pleasantly surprised that after applying #1 to roots and #2 to rest of hair the resulting colors matched very well. That is the only reason I gave this two starts. I was very excited to see the "shine" that was promised - but alas it was not to be. Not only was my hair dull BUT the ends are extremely damaged! My ends are so dry that the only thing that can save them now is actually cutting them. I have never had this experience in the salon or even years ago when using boxed products from drug store. In fact every time I have ever had my hair colored - the condition of my hair was better than as if I had not colored at all. First timerI was hesitant to try this given I have been dropping $150 every 8 weeks at a professional salon for the last 10 years. It was easy enough to do but a bit messy. A first timer mess I’m sure. So surprised that my hair turned out exactly the same as the salon. Silky smooth, shiny and easy to style. Yay!! PerfectI have never colored my hair myself before and was imagining an off color. It was a perfect match. I found it hard to apply as demonstrated but I did it though I missed a couple of spots. I will do it little differently next time and see if it's easier for me. Turned out better than I thought!I have never colored my own hair, so this was very stressful for me. I only needed to color my roots, but my hair is pretty thick. I followed the instructions exactly and it turned out great! My hair is so soft and the color is perfect. I will say it didn't cover the gray as well above my forehead, but it blends in with my blonde hair. One thing: I did not get a bottle of Stain Guard in my kit. Better than I expectedI would highly recommend that the final step that tells you to take the left over color, gloves,shampoo, and conditioner into the shower be revised. First, put the gloves on BEFORE getting in and second, the fumes are overwhelming and that step should be removed. I can't imagine people with respiratory issues applying that in the shower. Kundenservice ingorantIch habe seit der Bestellung nur Probleme. Ich hatte bei der Auswahl und Beschreibung um Tönung gebeten. Geschickt wurde dauerhafte Coloration.
