Bad experience for meI specifically asked for something to tone down the red in my hair and the color that I got left a lot of brassiness. The included instructions of adding the leftover hair color to your hair in the shower left my shower a brown dyed mess. What in the world?I followed the directions to a tee, including doing a strand test...which turned out great. However, when I did the all over color, my majority of my natural color was turned a gingery brown, and my ends look no different. I look like the lost Spice Girl, 2006 edition! Terrible with my complexion. Coloration ParfaiteLa couleur est parfaite. Le kit est complet le petit plus 2 paires de gants. Les instructions sont bien précises. JE viens de recevoir la deuxième livraison. My first order with eSalonI am in LOVE with my color. I simply followed my colorist instructions step by step and seeing all of my gray hairs fully covered for the first time its simply amazing!!!. At my hair dresser she would charge me up to $120.00 for the amount of dye she needed to cover my grays and still didn't get the coverage needed like eSalon did.
