Couldn't ask for anything betterSo I think I've had 9 orders so far with esalon. Every. Single. One. Has been amazing. The color is beautiful, evenly distributed. It looks so natural. Shipping is fast, and they are great about listening to feedback. Oh, and the price can't get much better. My hair dresser is unhappy....This covid 19 lockdown had me scrambling for decent color without going into the store. This is my 2nd order/application and my hairdresser will not be seeing me again for any coloring any time soon. Great colorThe ordering process was very personable and quick. I ordered medium brown which came out to be a beautiful color, however, it ended up being a lot darker in my hair than I wanted. 2nd Time AroundThis is my second time using the product. I love the color but it's getting dark. It's time to do the highlights but I like the color. I have the highlight kit but afraid to use it since I don't have anybody to help me put them in. Wish there was a cap I could just put on my head, pull hair through and color that way like they used to do a long time ago. I'm still struggling with gray coverage at my temples. They just don't want to color. they are tinted but not colored. I was also missing a brush in this kit and had to put it on with my hands.
