YuckWhen I stared with the company we worked on the color. It didn’t take long before we got the color I wanted and the softness and shine It was even better than I thought it would be. After several years passed something changed. My package was the same but not the results. Were different. Now my hair is dry and unmanageable. But my color stays the same. That’s the only reason I stay with the company. Ido not recommend this company to any one. Again my hair is so dry dry I could only keep it in a bun. Finally a perfect match.It took a few times chatting with my colorist but she heard me and totally understood. She got me back to my original red. Looks exactly like my red I was born with.
