Color looked good! But!The color was a great match. It was a cheap price and instructions were easy. But! My hair was oily afterwards and no matter how may times I washed my hair, it looked oily. When I contacted them, I was told to try their shampoo which made me think something was in their products to make you buy more products. Product did not workI've performed self coloring in the past, but this color did not work. I purchased this to cover my grey roots and my hair looked the same as before I applied the color. Strong ChemicalVery strong chemical odor. Why would you want to put that on your hair? It burned my nostrils and made me dizzy when I smelled of it. I use Argan color from Sally and have been happy with it. Plus they put me on auto-ship which I was not aware of so now I have to take the time to go to the P>O. and send it back before I can get a refund. Did absolutely nothing but make my hair yellowI have naturally dark blonde hair and wanted it to be lightened to a light blonde color so I ordered the custom hair color kit. Was pretty easy to apply and use, but was extremely confusing on what it was and what it would do to my hair. Followed all the instructions and let air dry only to realize my hair was extremely yellow and not one shade lighter. Do not buy if you want to go lighter, it does not work.
