Gray still thereSo this did make my hair soft. However my hair did go a little on the orange side in sun light. Grays where still there. Think I will try more of an ash color blonde next time to get rid of the red/orange tone. Hopefully they can do something to help gray coverage better. Came out really REALLY good for a first time user....Instructions were easy... I was definitely nervous using a new product... I has no reaction or stinging or anything negative.. The color has sheen... Maybe it was the shampoo and conditioner too... The instructions said there would be two pairs of gloves and there were only one pair.. The other negative is that they said to use these large clips to separate your hair.. They should include those clips for first time users.. Especially during the pandemic.. I cant go shopping... I used my toddler grandchildren's clips and had to throw them away after... All in all, it will be easier the next time.. Très bien .JE suis très contente de votre coloration .Je voudrais commande les 2 flacons pour 40 euros mais je ne peux pas , je trouve pas votre numéro de téléphone c'est dommage .
