Love this service!I've been using esalon for years now and love the service. A couple of shipments ago my roots were coming out yellow rather than golden brown. I asked esalon to adjust my color to tone it down explaining I had more gray than before. My next shipment that came was the PERFECT shade! They knew exactly what to do. Such convenienceLove this system. I have colored my hair for years and have tried to keep extra color around- but it never failed I would not have it when I was ready to color or that the company decided to discontinue my shade. The colorists are wonderful- they listen to your wishes and have been spot on to my requests.
