My color came out a vibrant red roots to ends. I love it!!My coloroist Angelynn was fantastic. She ask me several questions to see what color I was wanting to achieve. She hit in on the head. Also roots we're not overly bright or hot. My color is light brown ( intense red). Thank you so much Angelynn!! Love it!!!Got my kit and did my hair yesterday. Process was very easy and color was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. You can’t beat this product for anything store bought! I’ve used many different products in the past and had allergic reactions and color never seemed what I wanted and had to do it again. This product-no issues and it was one and done! Beautiful color!I loved being able to submit photos and create my custom color. My stylist had a couple questions for me and when I called, I was promptly responded to. My questions were also answered on the spot. My kit arrived quickly. This color turned out just as I imagined. My hair is soft and shiny and I keep getting complemented.
