Very pleased with this purchase!Very surprised how fast I received this product although when I went to open the box, color must have leaked out of the second color bottle. There was color on the outside of bottle, in the plastic holder that the bottles sat in, the inside of box and instructions. I had to be careful taking everything out of the box. Poor customer service!I ordered this product a few weeks ago. Within a day or so of ordering (before the item shipped), I called because I had an unforeseen situation. I had to abruptly leave where I was staying and go back home. I had to leave in order to avoid being exposed to COVID-19. The person I was staying with needed to be quarantined and did not want to stay in a hotel. So I asked that the item be shipped to my home address. The customer service agent told me there was nothing she could do. I also wrote a complaint in the survey I was sent. No response.
