Love this service!I've been using esalon for years now and love the service. A couple of shipments ago my roots were coming out yellow rather than golden brown. I asked esalon to adjust my color to tone it down explaining I had more gray than before. My next shipment that came was the PERFECT shade! They knew exactly what to do.
