Einfach perfekt!Zunächst mal kam die Farbe in einer schön gestalteten Schachtel, alles mit meinem Namen versehen. Die Handhabung der Farben war einfach und kurz beschrieben. Das Ergebnis war genau so, wie ich es mir gewünscht habe. Graue Haare waren komplett abgedeckt. Farbe hat eine gute Haltbarkeit. Die Haare haben einen schönen Glanz. Love how easy it isI have used other companies hair colors. They are very messy and don’t last very long. So I wasn’t sure if this one would be better. Wow it comes in a cute box with my name on it and has everything I need and things that I thought I didn’t need but I’m glad they sent it. Not what I asked forYou don’t go to a salon ask one colour and then get a different one so not sure why you thought you could do the same? Second time I requested a color adjustmentMy color was changed and I provided specific instruction including the actual percentages of each color I wanted and for the second time I received the wrong color.
