Happy with my resultsI am pleased with the hair color that I received with special instructions made for me. I had asked for cool brown and the color is great. Best At Home Hair Color!The custom hair coloring is perfect. I have had better results with eSalon than what I have had at a salon. It took me a bit to get used to coloring my hair myself and I would recommend getting the clothing drape for anyone who has not done an at home color before. Wonderful Experience 100%I'm going to use bullet points to make this shorter... 1. The first (and subsequent) conversations with my colorist (Jenny) were SO friendly, informative, and I felt like she actually really cared about every single thing I said. 2. Beyond conversing, Jenny took extra time to let me upload further photos of my hair is various colors to show how it had taken those, including what I was ordering this time. 3. Delivery was SO fast!!! 4. The eSalon Team included a FREE complimentary entire second kit for my hair (due to length and thickness, as well as having color in it already). 5. I almost wish I could do this every week JUST to feel the kindness and care and above and beyond help that the company provides. Thank you!
