I love e color.I love the e-color. My problem is that I'm 81 1/2 years old and its hard forme to do the color. My with the virus pandemic, I have no choice. I just put it all over my head and use my fingers to massage it in then wait for 40 minutes. Great color and shineI was hoping for a little more info on how long to leave the color on my gray areas. When I went to pour the remainder of color onto my head, the strong ammonia smell made it hard to breathe! Turned my roots orange!Updated review: Today I received a reply from customer service and was issued a refund. This is a relief. So I updated my rating from 1 star to 3. You may want to give it a try or not, at least you would receive a refund if you don’t get good results. I would advise though to research on the internet regarding color application specifically for going lighter or darker, because the instructions I received turned out to be a mistake, I don’t think they’re really personalized. My previous review is below. [I answered the quiz truthfully, I followed the instructions, and what do I get, hot roots! Plus no gray coverage, I only have a few grays. I have colored my own hair in the past using boxed color and never had this issue. Very disappointed. Still no reply from customer service. Honestly, I feel scammed. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction.
