WOW Very ImpressedI decided to budget more and stopped going to my hair stylist. I do not have highlights but i have gray in my hair. I filled out the color I was looking for then you custom answer questions. I received all my supplies and when i was finished I was really surprised. You can tell when someone uses the box it is too harsh and does not look natural. This mixture of colors looks just like when i finish from my stylist. When i went back on line to just change it up a bit they called me so it was better understood what i wanted. I was shocked one on one consultation over the phone. So I am staying with it. Woopse I meant to give a 5 starI love your product. The key to its success is following directions. I noticed in some reviews people didn’t pull the color through toward the end of coloring. They also left the color in their hair way too long before a rinse out!! You have to leave on for the specific right amount of time. And a great leave in daily conditioner is awesome. I love my hair.
