Wow, they really adjusted the color to what I wanted and the color is perfect.My first shipment of coloring was too bland and didn't have enough gold to make my hair strawberry blonde, it just looked reddish brown, but I wrote to the colorist and suggested the changes and VOILA, my hair looks natural and has depth. Done with box color!Seriously amazed! I’ve been using the box root touch up for years, mostly because I think it’s ridiculous to pay the same amount for a full color just to get my roots done at the salon. I happened to see something about eSalon in a magazine and decided to try. I was very nervous, I will admit. I got my first box and thought the color might be a little too dark. I sent them some other pictures of my hair and told them the color my stylist used, so they easily adjusted my color and sent me another box for free. I also bought the color kit with the cape, clips, brush and bowl. I watched the videos on the site to see how to section my hair for the roots. I’m basically doing everything they do in the salon at home. I especially like that there’s a time in the process to put the color all over to blend everything together.
