Very PleasedI have never self colored my hair before. I have been going to the same hairdresser for over 18 years and due to Covid-19 there is no telling when her shop will reopen. I know I can do this as it is flawless. I must admit I love having someone else do this but I am very happy with my results. Awesome color & price!I went from a sandy red color to a soft blue black & I love how soft & shiny y hair turned out. The process from picking the color to applying it was easy & barely any mess. Assez réticentJ’attend avec impatience de faire ma coloration . Not sureColour is very strong and good quality, I strictly followed the instructions. My blonde hair came out nice colour however my roots look rather copper ginger tone . My natural hair are dark blonde with bleached highlights. I ordered “medium blonde ash” colour to add a natural look all over, it came up with rather warm tone! Not hugely impressed as was expecting a much cooler tone as ordered “ash”! Not sure what to do, my best guess is to wait until it washes out and then maybe try again. Not sure who to ask for advice! Brilliant colour match!So pleased with the hair dye, I sent a photo of myself in natural light taken outside and made sure I used a mirror while colour matching my hair to the online swatches, when it arrived I was worried as never done this before, anyway applied to just my roots and my hair line to cover the grey and waited the time and washed it off and dried it and can't believe the colour match, it looked really dark brown the dye when on so was trying not to panic and stick with it but it came up the perfect light brown blonde, not even a line to show the join! Great color!This was my second application. The first one didn't last very long, maybe 3 weeks. I left the second application on for longer, about 40-45 minutes and the color was much richer.
