Excellent!I had never dyed my hair myself until trying eSalon, but decided to try out a demi-permanent formulation to test a color change without a big commitment. The first color attempt didn’t come out like I’d imagined, but eSalon’s customer service and stylists were *amazing* and helpful. They reformulated a custom color for me and shipped it out immediately- it was perfect! For my next order, I switched to a permanent formulation so I can enjoy the color longer.
