Love, love, love itI have had 3 sets since January but with 1 thing or another I just didn't have time or the patience to do my hair myself. I gave 2 to my daughter and it turned out fab so today i decided to do mine and I have to say it turned out perfect. No more unsightly "salt and pepper" hair for me though it is a good bit darker than I am used to but I do like it but hopefully after finding they can adjust the colour I have asked for it to be made lighter. I am always nervous when it comes to having my hair dyed as I never like it to start with especially if it is a darker shade but I have to give eSalon 11/10. Their colours, service, after care and customer support is impeccable because 1 order never arrived and after sending a quick email they immediately sent out a replacement at no extra cost. Color not what I expectedThough I am very thankful for my dye in this Covid 19 time. It is way better than gray roots. However, I thought it was going to be redder than the time before since asked for it to be so. It came out very dark brown with hardly any red in it. faded in 5 daysincorrect product sent, called for further clarification. first sent roots only-spoke with a great person who was so very helpful-talked me through refreshing the rest of my color as indicated in the notes i sent along with a picture...fixed that issue. applied color thursday evening-looked great color was spot on, did not wash until sunday evening-grays coming through at second wash on wednesday morning. 2 de 2 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Darker than my natural colour, too warm for my skin. No reply from ColouristThe colour was different from what I was expecting. I was told the colour I chosen was much lighter than my natural colour, and I was suggested to go to a darker shade, which I accepted. The colourist sent me an email with the colour suggestion which I wasn't happy with so I wrote him back straight away to ask for a few adjustments, but he never replied. In fact I wrote him twice. The colour he chosen was shipped anyway and being in Lockdown with very long roots I didn't have a choice so I used it anyway. the colour turned out to not be as bad, but one or 2 shades darker than my natural colour and too warm for my skin colour. My skin is olive so warm shades don't suit me. I tried to adjust my colour BEFORE it was shipped but no response. I was so hopeful I wouldn't have t go back to hairdresser saloon, where I spend a fortune and a good chunk of my day.... But I guess this is why we pay the extra money, so you can actually speak to a professional and have a proper personalised service.....Hope my colour will be adjusted on next order otherwise I'll just have to be patient and go back to my hairdresser as soon as the quarantine is over. 1 de 1 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Beautiful color but very slow shippingThe product is great but if i have to buy other coloring product while i am waiting for shipping it defeats the purpose. Reason I am leaving esalon Im so dissappointed ! Cant refer to anyone! spent$100I spent over $100 and my color experience was awful I am not new to esalon but things have changed I guess not enough color and the color I had was awful ! could pay $5 at the store and do better than what was sent to me!
