Very happyI was paying so much to get my hair colored and it took so much time out of the precious time off I had. I have been a client since 2015 and I couldn't be happier! Color is always perfect. When I want a change, esalon has always "nailed" what I was looking for. The quality is exceptional, the cost is exceptional and the customer service is exceptional. Custom Hair Color is Perfection!I have been extremely pleased with my customized hair color and I can't wait for my order to arrive every six weeks to give my hair that little boost that it needs to help maintain a fresh and more youthful appearance. I definitely would recommend to anyone who is tired of going to the salon and paying high prices to sit in a chair for a couple of hours and not be confident that you are going to like what you see when all is said and done. My hair,ColorI'm not sure yet. I'm going to wait I'm due to have surgery in a couple of weeks. So I want to wait. But as soon as I can I will get my neighbor to put it in for me. Bringing out the Highlights!I have received so many compliments on my hair and hair color since I added the highlights. From the ladies at the nail salon to a stranger in the grocery line, and even my own hairstylist(!) have all complimented my color and the blended highlights. The customization of color at this salon is superb.The customization of color is superb. I can go a little lighter in the summer and a little darker in the winter. Need gray coverageI really like this product! The color itself is perfect and so easy to use. My only problem is the mediocre gray coverage. I have put in a change request for my next shipment, so hopefully there will be an improvement.
