Customization and great systemI love the customization of the personal stylist... and they listen! I ask for some tweaks to my formula and it always works out so well. This is one of the huge advantages over 'box color'. The instructions and all of the little extras (2 pairs of gloves, stain remover, protector, shampoo and conditioner) also make the whole process easier and everything you can need is right there.
