Glad I tried eSalon!I had a great first experience with eSalon. The initial color was much lighter and blonder than expected but their customer service was outstanding. A colorist worked with me to correct my initial issues and express delivered new color at no charge. My hair is so much healthier!I have been using a boxed color product for more than 10 years. My hair had become lackluster - dry and frizzy. I grew up with a fabulous head of hair.
