Great initial coverage but second time it didn’t cover the grays.I was really pleased with the initial coverage. I chose a mahogany and it really covered my gray roots and highlights evenly. My hair is ORANGE!!!My natural hair at the root is medium / dark blonde. I ordered the medium blonde color kit. I watched all the videos and followed the directions to the T. How did this happen? Fabulous colourLove this product , being a natural ginger.. I find it really hard to hone colour. In times of austerity and the freedom to do when you like the n your own time... perfect for me . Nailed it!They say the third time is the charm, and it sure was the charm! I tried the custom color set twice and asked for color adjustments both times. I messaged my colorist and included pictures of my results each time. I just used the custom color set for the third time and they Nailed it!! I am so happy with my color and I am so glad I stuck with eSalon to make my adjustments and help me find my perfect color. Each time I’ve used the set I’ve become more comfortable with the process and now coloring my hair doesn’t seem so daunting of a task. I am very pleased with my results.
