Spot onI wasn't sure what to expect, but figured for the low cost was not going to have high hopes. The color I selected online was spot on how my hair turned out. It was really easy to follow. It has been a month now and the color still looks like it did the day it was completed. Only thing I would recommend is making sure you do this in a room/bathroom that has a window or really good ventilation. THIS HAIRCOLOR IS BEAUTIFUL!!!I WAS A LITTLE HESITANT ABOUT TRYING THIS PRODUCT AFTER HAVING MY COLOR DONE BY A PROFESSIONAL FOR YEARS. MY FEARS TURNED OUT TO BE UNFOUNDED. THIS HAIR COLOR IS RICH, VIBRANT AND BEAUTIFUL. IT ACTUALLY LOOKS BETTER THAN WHAT I HAD BEEN GETTING IN MY SALON. THE COLOR WAS MIXED TO MY EXACT SPECIFICATIONS AND IT HAS HELD UP BEAUTIFULLY. Awesome KitFirst, the beautiful packaging instilled confidence that I could color my own hair. It included all the little extras that over the counter box color do not have and the great kit was at a fraction of cost you pay at Salon. Above all, the customize color was about a 95% match of the color I imagined in my head. A great % considering its all done via a picture & questionnaire.
