Spot onI wasn't sure what to expect, but figured for the low cost was not going to have high hopes. The color I selected online was spot on how my hair turned out. It was really easy to follow. It has been a month now and the color still looks like it did the day it was completed. Only thing I would recommend is making sure you do this in a room/bathroom that has a window or really good ventilation. THIS HAIRCOLOR IS BEAUTIFUL!!!I WAS A LITTLE HESITANT ABOUT TRYING THIS PRODUCT AFTER HAVING MY COLOR DONE BY A PROFESSIONAL FOR YEARS. MY FEARS TURNED OUT TO BE UNFOUNDED. THIS HAIR COLOR IS RICH, VIBRANT AND BEAUTIFUL. IT ACTUALLY LOOKS BETTER THAN WHAT I HAD BEEN GETTING IN MY SALON. THE COLOR WAS MIXED TO MY EXACT SPECIFICATIONS AND IT HAS HELD UP BEAUTIFULLY. Awesome KitFirst, the beautiful packaging instilled confidence that I could color my own hair. It included all the little extras that over the counter box color do not have and the great kit was at a fraction of cost you pay at Salon. Above all, the customize color was about a 95% match of the color I imagined in my head. A great % considering its all done via a picture & questionnaire. Absolutely loveI’ve been using esalon products for at least two years now and I recommend this service to anyone. I don’t and will not use the box products threw drug stores ever again. My hair is so much healthier I also love the personal attention each person receives I actually talked to my stylist how cool is that! I was shocked she actually contacted me because she wanted to let me know the color change I wanted to try probably would ruin my lightning process I had been going at since summer my hair is very dark, she told me the outcome and recommended other options she was great and spot on of course. It’s nice to know a person is on the look out for “Me” I’m very impulsive lol. Best Hair ColorI’m in love with the outcome of this product. I like the fact that I can color my hair myself. The color is amazing and lasts a long time. UPDATED: Gorgeous.I was beyond impressed with my first eSalon purchase. The color mix they sent was *almost* perfect. I will reach out to my colorist for a slight tweak. It was so near to what I wanted that I hesitate to adjust anything; nothing has come this close to exact! I was very happily surprised by the in-depth instructions and quality of the product including the stain guard - SO useful - and shampoo/conditioner. Love that it's not tested on animals; I wouldn't have tried it otherwise. Thank you for the attention to details and the excellent product! EDIT 02/16/18: eSalon did it. They gave me my hair back!!
