Love the dimension in my hair!Normal box dye always leaves my hair one complete 'tone' and always ends up black looking and dull. With the instructions that came in my kit and the personalozation with the volume color and developer, my hair has a beautiful dimension to it that you dont get with store bought box dye. Very pleased that my hair turned out a nice ash brown and not black haha. Love and appreciate that the kit comes with 2 sets of gloves, shampoo and conditioner, a brush a cleansing wipe and skin protectant. Made my hair fall out!!!I used this product consistently every 8 - 10 weeks and loved the color and what the color faded into as well. That is why I used it for THREE years! Then I discovered chunks of new growth hair! I had thought it seemed in lost an excessive amount of hair with every coloring and now I had proof! I am on no medications and have no hormone imbalances. This color treatment caused hair loss! I haven't colored my hair for 13 months now and am still dealing with new growth hair. So annoying.... if you've ever had a baby you know what I'm talking about; that stage when all the hair grows back that you lost durong pregnancy.
