Did not useWhen I ordered your product I specifically asked to lighten my hair color. There was never any mention that your hair color kits do Not lighten hair. Great color match!I was having trouble getting a color match as i have a few stubborn grey's that were hard to color, leaving most color on longer left a red hue to my roots and my ends are med \ dark brown. eSalon was easy to apply and the color matched up perfectly with no color change from root to tip.
