Love!I'll never go back to box dye or a hairdresser when I can dye my own hair hassle free! I love the fact that I can adjust the colour anytime I want and can add or remove things from my order. Easy to useThis process was very easy to understand. The eSalon team is great. They checked on me throughout the whole process to make sure I was happy with my color and if I wasn't they would send me a new color and/or refund my money. Also, they will change your next auto-ship order to make sure you love your color. They send you everything you need to color your hair along with your color. I wanted my hair to be a light to medium blonde but it turned out strawberry blonde. I love my color I just want blonde for summer so they are going to change my next order.
