Great supportMy second order was shipped and damaged so badly UPS put it in a plastic bag with a note on it.I sent out a few emails about the situation and with in a week I received a email back telling me they would be sending me out a new order no questions asked.I had pictures of my package, because in the past company's didn't believe people so just incase.I couldn't return it the hair color had exploded all over the place it was a mess,but these things do happen.But I am so happy that Escalon responded and reactivated the way they did.So thank you this is what makes good companies. Was perfect color for me!But I now need your help. The light brown worked great for me but I needed to add highlights and your company was out of stock on product so I tried another brand. I will add pictures. My base is now light brown in some areas but my overall color is different shades of blond. Please advise as light brown now will be too dark as how I may correct this. quantitéAu vu du retard de livraison, du au covid 19, je n'ai pas eu assez de couleur pour faire la totalité de mes cheveux, ceux-ci ayant continué de pousser, même si je les ai coupé avant d’appliquer la couleur par soucis d’économiser le produit au maximum pour pouvoir recouvrir tout, il n’y avait plus que les racine à colorer mais toute la tête, ce qui fait que la totalité de mes cheveux ne sont pas coloré. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
