So pleasantly surprised!What a great experience! I loved taking the quiz and uploading photos of what my hair looks like at it’s best. The directions were clear and I loved the color. Mind Blown!Brought this and thought I’d give it a try. Wanted to go from cool blonde to brunette and look as natural yet flattering as possible. Sent my pic and the stylist choose the perfect brunette for me. Received the kit in the cutest package and was amazed at how beautiful my color came out. My hair was so hydrated despite it being dry from processing blonde before. It looked professionally done and everyone around me said the same thing! ExcellentOrdered this product as lockdown started . Key worker so never had a chance to use until this week . I love it. Perfect colour and exact to what I was looking for . Was a little nervous but I love the grey coverage of which I needed plenty. The box contains all you need . I couldn’t be happierThe grey was showing and the salons were closed I was not going to be seen in public the way my hair was fading and then I discovered the real miracle of custom color from esalon. I’ll never go back to “normal “. Perfect !!!My hairdressser advised the colour she had been using prior to lockdown (3n). Using that number I ordered a set to just cover grey roots. Great communication on delivery details. Received set and found it easy to use. I did have an initial query regarding where the health & Saftey leaflet was with details on patch test (turns out it was in one of the little boxes). I emailed back my personal stylist but no response which delayed me from using. However when I called I was helped straight away. I think there is obviously delays due to Covid but as I got help on phone this is not an issue. Perhaps try this first as its a freephone number on landline (0800) and during these times its understandable rep's may be stretched. The application was easy but there was a load of the product left over which seems a bit of a waste. I could easily have used for a second and third top up. It would be great if they could advise ratios for the two products you mix so you can perhaps use just half for a root touch up. However the colour came out great, Absolutely perfect match.
