Amazingly easy!!!I haven’t dyed my hair in 20 years but the grays demanded to be covered. I held onto my first order for a year because I was so reluctant to try at home color (my last experience turned my hair jet black), but I didn’t want to pay $200 at the salon. ❤it!I absolutely love how this product doesn't leave my hair dry or frizzy like the store box colors! The color was slightly lighter than expected- so the CS team at E-Salon immediately responded to adjust the next order to be darker, and I love that their team was so responsive with the request to adjust based on my desire!
