I've been rescued!The team really took their time to get my colour right, asking questions and making suggestions and I couldn't be happier with the results! The dark ring I had around my roots is now beautifully blended with the rest of my hair and the colour is exactly what I wanted, a dark brown but with a lovely depth and a shimmery golden tint. Love the color and....it smells wonderful!!I've Been using esalon for several months now, after originally thinking I would just go back to OTC hair color. But after you use esalon, and try OTC brands again, their are slight differences that made me go back to esalon. One of the biggest is the beautiful scent of all the products. The shampoo, color, conditioner, all SMELL great! That may not be important to you, but I love it!! Best experience with at-home coloring!I was a bit hesitant to use eSalon for at-home color, but took a chance anyway. My hair felt and looked amazing after using this set and I got several compliments. I initially tried the semi-permanent hair gloss so I could see if the color worked for me. I loved it but it washed out after about 2 weeks. I emailed the team to update my next set to a more permanent color and received a response almost immediately. The Color was PerfectThe color turned out great. I want to try the demi-permanent once more, but after that I'm considering the permanent blend. The dye was able to give my hair consistent color all over, even though I had previously colored my hair and had multiple shades. I love it!I sent in a pic of my ideal hair colour then had a conversation with Rebecca and adjusted accordingly and it is perfect. I followed the instructions to the T.
