First try with this productEasy to complete questionnaire to help choose right colour. Like the fact you can send photos of current hair colour which helps stylist know condition and the colour you are starting with. Beautifully packaged and arrived in good time. The instructions are clear and the process easy. No nasty smell. The shampoo smelt lovely and I would happily buy it as my usual shampoo if it was available as an individual product ; felt nice too. Only thing I did not like so much was the conditioner texture/effect. It was ok but I chose to condition with my own after. Hair came out soft and colour ; although not 100% the shade I am aiming for, is even , shiny and my husband likes it very much. It is a very good colour for covering my grey ( which it did 100%) and a really good balance to even out the pre coloured hair I had. Yes would definitely recommend and will use again. Not what I ordered but looks okThe colour looks nice but it’s not what I expected- my hair was dark blonde and it’s now a light brown with a tinge of copper - I didn’t want to change to light brown I thought I was getting intense copper - The base colour was too dark so it’s completely changed my hair and taken it way darker than I wanted or felt comfortable with - I don’t know how to fix it 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Do NOT buy!!!Literally the WORST at home dye I’ve ever used!!! My husband has been dying my hair at home since Covid..easiest color match ever blue black…LITERALLY ZERO gray root coverage…it turned it freakin BROWN like light brown!!! Exactly the colour I wantedExactly the colour I wanted. Had a good few inches of grey then the rest dyed medium brown. Wanted a chestnut type colour and I love it. The colour blended really well between the grey and the brown. Only negative is my hair wasn't very shiny or moisturised afterwards, but small price to pay for the beautiful colour.
