Oozing colorWhile I was applying the color to my hair the bottle got really warm and started oozing out of the bottle on its own. When I rinsed The color as directed the color did not take to my hair. Called customer service on 11/20/2024 and was kept on hold for 10 mins and then was told their offices were currently closed. Opened chat and explained the situation and was told a confirmation for a free replacement had been emailed, however, the confirmation email only stated that my 'question' would be forwarded to the colorist. I don't have a question. I would like the defective product that I paid for to be replaced. My chat specialist then told me to contact the customer service number that had told me their offices were closed. I explained that I had already gone that route and their offices stated that they were currently closed. This is a simple fix. Be honest. Don't patronize your clients.
