Horrible coverageThis product does not cover grays at all! I end up with a caramel colour over my grays & grays that were not touched. (My hair is dark brown) No matter how much they try to adjust my order, it’s always horrible. This is not a salon level product. Color not uniform.I soaked my hair in the color…poured globs onto my hand after doing it all over and making sure all my hair was saturated. But afterwards, when my hair was dry, I saw that parts ( in the front left quarter) were not the same color…as if I hadn’t applied any color at all! It may be that I need to leave it in longer. Made my hair betterI have never had an experience with at home dye that didn't damage my hair in some way, but with my esalon color, not only was the color beautiful, but my hair looked healthier, shinier, and felt so much softer and smoother. And I am in no way a pro, actually I'm quite bad at doing my hair, but they lay it all out step by step and make it fool proof.
