Does not workTotally disappointed, unfortunately. The dye didn’t work at all. After following all the instructions, I applied the dye to my roots, waited 35 minutes, and the result was incomprehensible. I ended up with slightly lighter roots but no color at all. My color setMy first color I didn’t think was dark enough it was a beautiful color just wanted a darker color . These guys made it right they darkened my shade and sent it right out no charge . Zero Gray CoverageWe even left the color on for longer than 30 minutes. It was so awful. It just rinsed right out and left all the gray. Went down to Kroger, bought Schwarzkopf Keratin color in Onyx Black and it covered all the gray and delivered amazing hair color. True to tone, no burn, plenty of product for bob lengthI'm such a fan! For me, hair dye always works, as I have naturally blonde hair (for real) and I always keep in mind if I have previously treated and porosity issues with overtreated hair.
