Would use again!It was nice that you supplied a color for roots and ends separately. I am actually a cosmetologist but I’m all about trying new ways to color my own hair. Sometimes me going to the salon isn’t ideal so the DIY at home works good for me. Due to limited colors and the vibrancy of certain tones I will add color shots in my personalized color for more violet vibrancy. The shampoo and conditioner packets did leave my hair feeling soft which was a bonus. Great color that lastsI’d never colored my hair at home before using eSalon, but my salon trips were getting too expensive to maintain. Unbelievably good!For a few months now I have used e-salon. Their customer service is excellent, and they strive to give you exactly what you want. Having previously used both drugstore products and salon hair coloring, I can say that I have never had so many compliments on my hair. I was unhappy and they Fixed it Right awayI had asked that my forumla be lightened a bit but found when I applied the new color is was more redish orange than the lighter blonde/brown I was expecting. I called in early Monday morning and was put through to a specialist right away. Alyson listened to my description and immmediatley knew what to do to "tone it down" sent out the fix and within 48 hours I had the fix in my hand. Most importantly it now looks perfect!!! I couldn't be happier. I appreciate the paitence and help provided by this expert team and will continue to use the product. Also, lesson for me to be a little more specific and/or call to discuss rather than just writing online! Very goodBy far the most naturalist hair colour ever . To think the amount of money I have spent of store and hairdressers . I ordered to much warm tone but it was sorted out for my next delivery.
